The place needs maintenance, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning, hot water not available for one day and other small things such as few water coming out of the shower. The personnel, on the other hand, especially Domenico and his colleague at breakfast, are great and compensate in good for the lack of investment.

The hotel was in poor condition, the mini fridge was not working, the toilet flush was broken, breakfast toaster broken for the entirety of our long weekend there. The room telephone was broken and even lights didn’t work. The staff failed to even fulfill basic requests like an extra pillow or blanket. I wouldn’t recommend

Ho prenotato l’hotel Boston Art in gran fretta non leggendo le recensioni. Una volta lette mi ero quasi pentito ma poi visto che dovevo solo trascorrere una notte ho deciso di non cambiare. Mi sono trovato bene e non ho vissuto nulla di quanto letto. Il punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, molto professionale e pronto per ogni richiesta. La stanza (singola) era molto accogliente, il bagno con doccia pulito. Ho trovato una bella atmosfera anche nella prima colazione con un ottimo personale. L’hotel probabilmente non è un vero 4 stelle ma se l’Inter ne ha 2 tutto è possibile.
