    Terrible

    Things were stolen from my car. The bathroom was flooded and nobody cleaned it up and they were burn marks all over the tables. I would not suggest this on Hotels.com

    Well Worth the Price!

    I was hesitant after reading the online reviews but the price was right so I took a chance. I was greeted in a very friendly manner when I checked in. Room was very clean and comfortable! As I have to travel to this area to visit family, I will definitely be staying here again!

    CRAPPY Quality Inn

    Had to delay a day due to covid testing and hotel charged an additional $30. Upon arrival found out no breakfast was being served according to the hotel it was due to covid, however all the other hotels we've stayed in this month had breakfast. Also upon check in was charged an additional $33 for pets, no mention of the extra charge or no breakfast on Hotel. Com. The rooms smelled of stale beer or something, the bedspread had brown stains on them. The Bathrooms were filthy. The sign out front says newel renovated, maybe that was 10 years ago. They should change the name to Quality Not So Much Inn, this is the second time I've stayed at a Quality Inn that had been bad. The chain had gone to crap. This was the lasty time I'll stay at a so called Quality Inn.

    Not the best stay

    When I arrived, there was no one at the desk and I had to wait about 5-10 before someone came up. Check in after that was fine. The room was ok, but the sink was leaking water and the toilet was not very clean. The shades on the window were broke and one side would not shut.

    Unsecure rooms windows dont lock.

    Unfortunately did not even stay here booked online with hotels.com but when we got there we could not have the handicap room that we requested because they only had king beds and we had 3 in our party and they would not let us use it so we decided on a smoking room with two queen beds and when we got into the room the window was open and broken and would not latch shut or lock, so we went to front desk they got us into a different room two doors down and we went into this room and also the window would not lock at all very unsecure location did not feel safe leaving my luggage and equipment in the room so we went and told them we would just find a different motel well they already charged my card so I asked for a refund and they refused, The girl at the front desk said she didnt have any management there that could do that, so I had to wait for the next day for management to call me, well at noon still no call so I called them and he refused to give me a refund. I explained how unsafe location is and he said because we used the sink that he was charging us the full two nights I called hotels.com and they got my refund by calling the hotel. way to go hotels.com thats why I use you.. but I wont be using this hotel on your service ever.
