Fun hotel - Great concept, needs small refinements
Fun, Quirky & eco-friendly. Very comfortable with excellent bedding & a great shower. We had the "mini-suite" and that had two big TV's that we didn't use much and a small loveseat. Space was very limited, but it's a hotel in London so that is to be expected. "Pizzeria Mazzo" downstairs had probably the best thin crust pizza I've ever had. We booked while it's under exterior construction, & they get points for contacting us ahead of time to let us know. The only real criticism I had is the design of a step-over threshold between the rooms. Why? It's two steps up and over that are the same distressed wood and color as the flooring and blend in-- especially in low light. It's easy to trip and fall. I did was very lucky not to really hurt myself.

Such a CUTE venue. The construction wasn't too disruptive. The bathrooms are amazing and it is such a cozy, comfy hotel. The bar on the roof is a bit noisy at night and you can tell its exclusivity makes it a popular establishment but it can be disruptive for sleeping guests.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. If you aren't getting a great deal, book somewhere else. It was extremely noisy, and our room reeked of some kind of solvent from the work happening on scaffolding right outside our window. London was great, this hotel was not!

My favorite London hotel- superb service and style
This was my second stay, and I was graciously welcomed back like a welcome friend at reception and a lovely selection of chocolate treats was left in my room with a note, also welcoming me back. A little touch that meant a lot. I had chosen a larger room size, and wow was it spacious for a London hotel. Loved the kitschy sitting room, and all the quirky decor elements throughout. Bed was beyond comfortable, bathroom was super spacious with an epic rain shower. Views over London can't be beat. Coffee shop downstairs is excellent. All staff interactions were friendly and warm. Loved the little touch of bird song in the elevator each morning. This is my favorite hotel in London and I look forward to my next visit.

A wonderful unique stay
the hotel is just beautiful! the rooms were spacious (compared to city center hotels). it is very unique and fund to stay in. the location is amazing and it is very hospitable. the only downside was the renovations they had that woke us up early in the morning. we will definitely come back when we can.
