This property is nice it was a lovely stay. Very quiet area. Was annoyed because I got a phone call twice saying to keep noise down when no one was even in the property at that time. Said there was an iron but we couldn’t find one so had to buy one and they reimbursed the money if left the iron there which I did. Door was hard to open. Other then that was a great stay thank you.

Property was not safe

The property door lock was not working we are safe guarding the property whole night. Morning a call to the agency left messages four times but no response from them. The whole next day was wasted we did not went out any where and left the lock the property at 4pm and requested full refund.

Absolutely Shocking!

Where do i even start, no parking permit provided when required to park outside on permit holder parking only, rats in garden due to industrial bins to the side of property for the whole street by the looks, windows that fell off when opened during cooking, unlockable and unsafe, 3 days without heat or hot water, no ability to wash so had to use local gym - "maintenace will attend after the stay" did not help with a resolve for the 3 nights i stayed!!, no satellite TV, just Nexflix with kids login, all of which reported with very little assistance or resolve, having stayed here for business, i would not recommend in the slighest! Especially for price paid! Looks nothing like the images on the website, is a terraced house on residential street where windows had been put through on neighbouring property. Would not now nor ever recommend Empire Blackpool Apartments.

Liverpool stay

Cannot rate this property highly enough and will definitely use again if staying anywhere close to it. A 3 bed house for less than you would pay for a cheap and cheerful hotel room. Communication was spot on and we had a great stay, would recommend to all A++++++

Fantastic hideaway

Such a lovely place to stay. Parking is available outside the premises and close to shops and takeaways. Rooms were big and spacious.
