The hotel was filthy,staff were extremely unfriendly unprofessional and unhelpful wouldn’t even let me buy some water to take my medication were giving bottles of water away freely to all Russian guests no one spoke English checked into a different hotel as soon as possible no refunds.hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for lying to their customers so blatantly.
