Really enjoyable, staff lovely and friendly, very helpful. Some feedback, the car park definitely needs attention, the kitchen facilities in the apartment are good, as is the supply of cleaning products. I could not work out how to switch the cooking hob and extractor fan on, some instructions would be helpful, better cooking utensils would be good, a couple of saucepans for heating food on the hob, the big casserole pan is too big.
