Fair
Not very happy
The rooms are dated , the bathroom had mould around it , the shower tray was cracked , the floor of the room didn’t look clean and had a lot of hair and dust in corners , there was bits of Lego and even found money just to the underside of the bed , for the price we paid for the room was to much for what we got, we also paid for a room with a king size bed , we got two single beds pushed together not comfy at all , we’ve stayed in double tree hotels before and expected the same high class rooms that we always have had but this has left us disappointed

Very good
good but tea, etc in room would be nice
Nice room with space to work. No tea in room and empty mini bar. No mats in gym which was v basic. Cleaner opened window in room when cleaning the room. It was freezing when I returned and never heated up.

Very good
Great hotel and accessible to central London
My husband and I were in London to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was all we could wish for and well situated for all the places we wanted to visit.

Good
Not worth the money .. rooms were very basic
This hotel needs to be refurbished . It’s dates and tatty .. rooms are not worth the £240 per night at all

Good
I’d expect better of the Hilton
Hotels.com website stated that it has car parking. As soon as I booked I called to enquire further. The receptionist language barrier meant that she told me underground and sent me to justpark. The closest parking was over the Thames river. When we left we noticed that they did in fact have parking underground. Very disappointed as this cost me £40 extra on my trip. The language barrier of staff was an issue, on welcome we couldn’t understand what the girl was saying. There was also a dubious brown (poo looking) mar on the toilet handle. We were also told that they’d provide breakfast to take away/a hot drink as we checked out early in the morning but they didn’t. The bed was comfortable, hotel room a little tired. Restaurant/lounge on 1st floor was lovely.
