A couple of night in St Louis
Staff in the hotel were really helpful. Our room had the picture post card view over the Mississippi River at the Arch and St Louis. Between the river and our hotel is a railway which is used over night and can be very noisy. We ate breakfast every morning at "7" which is the restaurant in the Casino next door. Really good food in there. Another good thing is that the subway from the airport stops at the end of the large car park attached to the hotel. Overall would stay here again the friendly helpful staff and view alone if you have a room at the river side of the hotel make it worthwhile.

we were disappointed in the hotel. the hotel had some wear and tear. we had issues with our room keys 3 different times, and the desk service was unfriendly and border line rude.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurants at the casino next door were convenient and the food was good.

Okay if price is right
Staff were welcoming and nice. Apparently they make one pass at room service. We were out by 10am and removed the do not disturb sign but received no room service. The number of towels in the room is too few. Very little shampoo and soap for the double queen room. Needs repairs as the carpet had cigarette burns all around and the black out curtains had noticeable holes. Pillows were pointless and flat. Good location right next to the transit station. Would not stay again unless the price was right.
