I loved this hotel! It was clean, quite and has some of the most friendly, helpful, respectful and knowledgeable staff in Puerto Rico. The location was nice, I normally stay in Old San Juan or Condado but choose this hotel for the price as I was traveling on a budget this trip. (parking ONLY $12 per night) There are really good eateries right across the street and are open late, the hotel is only a few minutes drive to all the happing spots. Natalie and Jacob by far the BEST customer service reps around, always smiling and ready to help. They really made my stay beyond comfortable!!!

Awesome stay!!!
The hotel is in a good location. Very easy to get around and lots of nearby resturants and stores within walking distance. The room was AWESOME!! IT WAS SO CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!! It was quiety kids enjoyed it. The roof top lounge and view was so beautiful. And then there was JACOB!!! HE WAS THE BEST! His service and willingness to help was amazing. He is very kind and courteous! I can't wait to come back!!

Nice hotel parking nightmare
The service and rooms were exceptional, however, it was very difficult to find the entrance to the lobby when I arrived and was never offered parking at check-in and got a 500.00 parking ticket, after being told it would be okay to park on the street???
