The location was really great. Close to the ferry, which we needed too early the next morning. The gal who checked us in was really great! When I expressed regret that we would miss the included breakfast she offered to provide take away breakfasts. I was so grateful!

Hotel bien tenu. Chambre pour quatre assez grande avec espace canapé et terrasse. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans le restaurant jouxtant l’hôtel. Très bon et varié. L’hôtel est situé dans une des rues piétonne ( angle avec une autre rue possibilité de poser la voiture devant pour décharger) seul bémol: le stationnement est payant dans les rues alentours. Il faut s’éloigner un peu pour trouver du stationnement gratuit

Hier ist eine ausgewogene und glaubwürdige Hotelbewertung: 4/5 Sterne Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Hotel selbst wirkt jedoch stellenweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In unserem Zimmer waren einige Dinge defekt oder beschädigt, unter anderem ein Sessel, eine Lampe und Teile der Dusche. Hier wäre eine Auffrischung wünschenswert. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute bis sehr gute Auswahl. Weniger überzeugt hat uns allerdings der Ablauf. Zwischen 07:30 und 09:30 Uhr kam es regelmässig zu langen Warteschlangen. Das Personal war während der gesamten Frühstückszeit sichtlich unter Dauerstress, wodurch sich die Hektik auch auf die Gäste übertrug. Mehrfach gingen Teller, Tassen, Besteck, Kaffee, Saft und andere Speisen aus und mussten erst nachgefüllt werden. Eine Verlängerung der Frühstückszeit sowie vorgeschnittenes Brot würden die Situation aus unserer Sicht deutlich entspannen und sowohl den Gästen als auch dem Personal zugutekommen. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Mit einigen Verbesserungen im Unterhalt des Hotels und einer Optimierung des Frühstücksablaufs könnte das Hotel sein gutes Niveau nochmals deutlich steigern.
