Simply fantastic
The hotel is of exceptional standards, by far one of the nicest places we stayed at in Europe. Clean and very modern, staff are outstanding and gave us fantastic service. Breakfast was fabulous, with a complimentary glass of sparking wine. We were also served sparkling wine as a welcome drinks when we checked in. Hotel is places right next to the famous bridge, walking sits me from the heart of the city, close to restaurants, shops and amenities. There is a team that stops right next to the hotel, from the airport together with one tram change it takes about 30 min to get there.

Hotel is immaculate, high end even for the discerning traveler. You were greeted with a glass of wine at check in. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are heavenly, and food was reasonably priced (even for room service!). Location is stunning next to the Dom Luis bridge with views over the river. Amazing
