Comfortable stay
Good: Breakfast buffet, beach/cliff top location, bike hire, kids activities, spa Bad/room for improvement: not a large car park, dinner buffet (better dinner spots around).

Nice hotel, just few improvements needed
Hotel nice, no it's not 5 star is cyprus 5 star but as long as the price is right! Rooms spotlessly clean, pool beds really comfy, we were b&b breakfast was fantastic great selection. Reception staff, restraunt staff. And spa staff so welcoming an really friendly an smiley! Pool bar staff awful! No smiles 15 year old boys who don't understand English I believe this is there first summer so there training. We were not on all inclusive but if we were we wouldn't of been happy that the effort to try an get a drink was awful. It's like no one wanted to give you a drink lol. Must of asked the same lad 100 times for a drink. All the other staff were fantastic so this part really let it down. Hotel entertainment really bad. The English entertainment team were friendly smiley an nice but the shows weren't great and the bingo super boring lol. Location is great 5-10 mins to harbour, restaurants. The view from our room was spectacular we had mountain view an was so beautiful to look at. The sea on the otherside was turquoise and picturesct. Another down side. Hotels very noisey we woke up at 7.30am on our first morning by the maids above moving furniture for an hour! We called complained an it stopped thankfully. Then the cars on the road we were opposite are noise to. But I'm a light sleeper so maybe I notice more. To sum up. I would to back to this hotel for the right price again. But improvement needs to be done on bar staff x

Pleasant hotel
We stayed here 12 years ago for our honeymoon, & decided to come back for a night before moving onto a villa. The hotel is nice, pleasant & clean, good amenities - but a little bit dated in places now.

Good, but areas for improvement
The hotel is very clean inside and directly outside, but is very dirty on the street side with empty bottles, condoms, cigarette buds in the bushes of the hotel. The food is not great and we ended up eating in a nearby restaurant, which was superb. The average age of the hotel guests looks closer to retirement age then 30-year olds. This hotel has a large private area for sunbathing, which was never half full and there is a path towards a private beach. The hotel is on the 615 bus route (every 10 mins and on time every time), which connects Coral Bay with Harbour. It is perfectly located if you want a quiet surrounding. The sunsets (take a room with sea view) are really beautiful.
