The staff were helpful and polite and the room was clean and tidy. However we were not told about the bar indoors near Reception being closed. We knew in advance some pools and outdoor bars would be closed, but this meant that there were no facilities for us to sit in and relax. We did have one coffee in the reception area and this was nice. The outside bar on the opposite side of the street which was part of the hotel, was closed when we visited, and just presumed this was because it was January and therefore quiet. The gym and indoor pool were good and we would definitely come back to this hotel. It’s relaxing in Winter and I’m sure it’s just as nice in Summer.

Lovely clean hotel, with a mulitude of facilities, gym, swimming pools, sauna etc. Good choice of inhouse restaurants. Very clean and looked after hotel. Only one negative, maybe they could have had entertainment for guests on a evening.
