Fair 4.0
Lovely hotel great location shame it was so loud
Unfortunately it was spoiled by other guests being really loud in the hall outside our room, one had lost her key so they keeped dancing singing and banging on door, also we had been located a room on first floor above a very load wedding on the floor below , i would have thought that the hotel would given all rooms on the floor above to the guests of the wedding and put us in a quieter floor, i made a complaint to the reception desk but nothing was done the guest services said they would send security up but they did not come. and the noise and shouting girls outside our room went on until gone 2.30am. Also our room was missing robes and slippers which was quite annoying when we wanted to use the pool and spa and other guests all had them, i find it really difficult to get to sleep and with all the disturbances and noise i bearly sleeped and our son was woken repeatedly so all in all not what we expected from our family night in what we had hoped was a luxury night away for our family, i think if the hotel had located guests better, on there website it said they had quite zone rooms so we was looking forward to a quiet restful relaxing stay and as this is a rare treat we left a disappointed

Good 6.0
Convenient and mainstream
When they say that customer satisfaction is utmost priority, I do not think it is entirely true. We booked a room for three adults (1 double bed and 1 sofabed) but when we arrived in the room the sofabed was not set up and no towels or extras for the third adult were provided. The bed linen was rectified on the spot but we had to ask for an extra towel again late at night when we got back from sightseeing. In the evening we went to the bar around 22:30 and they were playing a music TV channel with quite loud aggressive rap music; not my idea of relaxing in a hotel bar or how a hotel bar should be. Breakfast was ok, no frills. The coffee machine kept breaking down. We used the pool facilities; everything was clean. The sauna is located in the men's changing rooms! So if you are a woman and you are bothered by that, beware, because you will inevitably see naked men. I think that is poorly designed. The pool was really busy with lots of kids splashing around; I blame Easter weekend but I also blame the parents for not teaching their kids to be respectful to others. I would not stay there again, sorry. IHG need to up their game.

Exceptional 10.0
Increible staff - especially the breakfast team!!
We had a truly exceptional stay. From the moment we were welcomed at the desk to the fantastic welcome and interaction at breakfast. I have been impressed by the level of service offered here at the Crowne Plaza Docklands. We were not special customers who they were making extra effort or in a more expensive room, the staff just had a positive and friendly atmosphere and this really showed in all of our interactions. I spend at least 50 nights away in Hotels with work a year and have become very used to the pleasant as standard service. This made the welcome and continuous greetings all the more obvious and impressive. Thankfully this trip was for my wedding anniversary and not work and wife and I enjoyed every second of our stay - easy travel into the centre of London and a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. I really couldn't recommend this hotel more. Thanks so much for making our trip that bit more special. Well done for keeping the customer service at the front of what you are doing.

Exceptional 10.0
Fabulous hotel.
Hotel was very lovely for a family to stay out. Location is a little “outside” of the main part of London but I thought perfect really as quiet and not too mad when you’ve been sightseeing all day. Handily there is a Tesco express next door. Reception- fantastic service. Complementary fruit / water Rooms- we had a double bed room for a family. Very spacious and clean. The fridge was an added bonus for our snacks and drinks we brought from Tesco. Food/drink- breakfast choice was brilliant! Lots of selection and choices were available. We had a children’s meal in the bar and a shared pizza which was lovely! Cocktails lovely too. Facilities - gym was great as was the pool. Brilliant addition to the hotel which others in London don’t have. Staff- very attentive and helpful. Couldn’t complaint at all. Other- make sure you look at your key card flyer, there were various offers on there (eg 241 cocktails, exchange a bottle of unopened water in your room for wine!!)

Exceptional 10.0
Reasonably priced accommodation for the evening
We stayed here to be close to the O2 for a show. The room was nice and the view not bad. Nice and close to the DLR and the cable car to the O2. The staff were all very nice... the girl who checked us in less so and check in a bit slow, but sometimes computers don’t cooperate I guess may have been the issue. She also told us there is no shuttle to the airport even though we’d arranged one with someone the day before by calling the hotel and that information was also listed on the Expedia website... The room was clean and spacious. The bed was slightly smaller than I thought it would be but still fairly comfortable. The light from the air conditioning unit drove me a bit crazy in the otherwise very dark room at night so I finally got up and hang an article of black clothing over the power light. One other thing to note is check out is 11, not noon as stated on the Expedia website also.
