Room mix up
Good location and, although dated, a reasonable hotel. The only problem I had - was that I had booked a double room for single use for my stay and when I arrived the receptionist handed me the key for what turned out to be a single room (without mentioning it) On my return to the reception he started explaining that the hotel was overbooked, etc (which in itself is only half a problem) but why not say this straight away instead of trying to deceive your customers??! We did find a solution in the end but I did find this incident to be disappointing!

Fair enough but not a 4 star hotel
The hotel is rated a 4 star but is not anywhere near this rating. The staff were ok. Rooms were very dated and basic and the bathroom was very small and was impossible to flush the toilet. The television was small and basic and had few channels to choose. The hotel is about 5mins walk to termini station. The cleaning was excellent and the breakfast was basic, but the coffee was nice even though it was from a machine. Hotel was ok although I think it was maybe rated a 4 star in 1950 and nothing done to it since.

how many stars?
hotel is certainly not 4 star as advertised on your website. They also charged local charges at 6 euros per night ie for a 4 star hotel. This is absolutely misleading. When mentioned to the hotel management that this cant be a 4 star hotel and you know this - I only got a smile in response, ensuring they know it too but.....
