The hotel location was absolutely perfect. Close to all main attractions and the beach in just a minute walk with very helpful cleaning area in the hotel entrance. To improve: room cleanup was not that great. No shower curtain in the shower-very uncomfortable. Mold traces on the shower tiles was visible and not very pleasant. Requires better attention. It’s a shame, since all the rest was absolutely great.

Probably the most poorly maintained and generally sad hotel I have ever stayed at. The wallpaper was pealing off all walls, bathroom cabinet was rusty and wouldn't open or close and no artwork or attempts at decorating. Swimming pool was equally sad. Most chairs and loungers were broken and again no attempts at decorating such as any plants or sunshades. Apart from the location 2min from beach really no redeeming features.

Average Hotel, Great location!

Staff was friendly, room was clean and new…but the water (hot/cold direction) is reversed on the sink, the shower sprays all over the floor (needs a curtain), and the A/C sensor needs to be checked as the wall thermometer constantly changed which turned the A/C on and off by itself all night. All in all, the stay was fine because the location is amazing!

해운대에서 지내기 좋았어요. 바다 가깝고, 해운대해변열차 타기 좋은 위치이고, 시그니엘 바로 옆이라서 호텔 찾아가기 편했어요. 서울에서 롯데타워보면 방향 나오는 것 처럼요. 옥상 수영장은 무료이고, 밤에 이용라면 시그니엘을 병풍 삼아 사진을 멋지게 찍을 수 있어요. 조식은 그냥그냥… 카운터 직원분들은 너무 친절하셨지만, 체크인앤아웃 시스템은 수작업 이더라고요. 시그니엘 옆이라서 택시이용 편리 합니다. 층마다 홀이 있어 매우 특이합니다. 또 이용할 의사 있어요. 추천 할 수 있어요.
