This is our first time staying in this hotel and flying out of Shreveport Airport. The staff was very accommodating. The food for breakfast was spot on. The beds were very comfortable the rooms immaculate we live in TYLER. We’ve always flown out of DFW or Tyler, but we may just fly out of TYLER or Shreveport now when possible and if we do, and if an early morning flight, we’ll stay at this hotel again

The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door.
