The Chamberlain Hotel

Nice comfortable room with Ironing facilities and space. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the current refurbishment works going on and therefore, a few of hotel facilities were out of order. They did counter this with a free continental breakfast, which was nice.

Convenient bolt hole as to location. Room was fine but as bar restaurant being refurbished not a lot more say. But they did provide a complimentary breakfast and vouchers for nearby pubs. Wouks i stay again. Yes!

The hotel is in a good position for easy access to Tower Bridge & the surrounding area. The reception staff were welcoming & efficient. The room was well equipped & more importantly clean.

Hi, The reason for the medium faces on anything other than the service is because of an issue on your site I didn't actually get to stay there. The room I booked had already been sold. When I came to check in, after 14 hour day I was told there was no room for me. However The Chamberlain had not only found me an alternative, they booked it and it was only a two minute walk. On top of that they offered me a complimentary night in their hotel. I didn't have to shout and scream and make a fuss to get this they had already done it. Any hotel that takes this attitude to customer service deserves a five star rating, but I can't do that with your Constraints and I wont' comment on something I haven't experienced however with the level of diligence and care they showed to me I can only assume that that is carried through every aspect of the hotel.
