No bathroom heating!
Lovely staff. Despite several requests to reception our TV didn’t work properly. We had an executive room in which the bathroom had no radiator or heated towel rail resulting in a cold bathroom.

Decent centrally located hotel.
A decent hotel in the centre of Glasgow, 5 min walk from Glasgow central station. Reception was good and the staff were welcoming. There were a few checking in at the same time, which took longer than you'd like but that's nobodies fault. The hotel is large, with several floors and plenty of room choice. Rooms are clean and tody and well decorated. The bar and restaurant area was nice and served decent food. did however seem quite small and as a lot of people dining. In fact, I was on my own on a table of 6 and felt I was taking up valuable space. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant evening. I've given this a decent review despite me falling ill that night I stayed. I was up all night being sick, so can't comment on the comfort or sleep but I am sure it would have been fine.

Dirty Roommates and
We arrived on the Friday night 1st nov around 10pm Checked in that went ok got the fob gor the room 719 We put our bags in the room and went for something to eat When we returned and we had a look around i found toothpaste tube in the bathroom A hairdryer was on the bed dirty glass and an old room fob next to the bed Then we turned down the bedding and saw blood stsins on the sheet plus the sheet and pillowcases had not been changed stains on the pillowcases So we called reception and asked for the duty manager to come and see the room he was very apologetic about the state of the room and he changed our room 625 and offered us s bottle of wine we dont drink wine so he gave us vouchers for breakfast for 2 days Its a great pity because this hotel which have stayed before is not up to its usual standard
