    Great hotel
We stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary. Overall extremely happy with our stay. We did feel room looked a little ‘tired’ and could do with some redecoration. We had an amazing meal at the Italian restaurant, Prego, great food and service. Hotel is very well situated for shopping and restaurants.

    Wonderful Westin Weekday Away
Brilliant! Upgraded to Executive Club Lounge and very well looked after. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff.

The lift to hotel room and car park are separated. When check-in and out, need to carry the luggages from the stairs up and down, which cause very inconvenience. The car park is not what we expected.

Great location but despite its being a 5star hotel, it sort of old...there r mosquito in my room but overall still good

    Poor 2.0
Disappointing suite, far worse customer service
Really disappointing suite. Do not book! Really shabby and dirty. There is so much choice in KL, go elsewhere. I wrote a letter of complaint and when they responded they addressed my complaint to another customer! Did not even respond with specifics about what I complained about. After a further email back, again no personal response, just an offer of a 1 way taxi ride to KL from the airport next time I stay. Clearly I'm not going to be staying again if you don't actually address my complaint! I then asked to be put in touch with their central customer service function and they ignored my email. I've never posted a public review before, but in sheer frustration I'm doing it now to see if I'll get a better response addressing the specifics of my complaint. Booking any hotel room with a decent hotel brand (let alone a premium suite) I would expect a basic level of quality and customer service when things go wrong. Really disappointing Westin Group.

    KLFW trip
The stay was comfortable but was only disappointed about the room. Previously when I stay last year the room was much bigger without paying extra. This time round I paid more as to get a better one.I paid for premium room but was given a smaller room. When I ask abt the premium privilged, I was told by reception that it was to for room facing The Pavilion mall.By the way ,fyi the room given was facing the end of the mall. But well I was too disappointed to bring it up with the front office personnel. The array of breakfast was huge and choices were vast but only the beef rendang, laksa and the curry gravy for prata n thosai to be praised for. Bottom line is local dishes served are delicious unlike the western and korean dishes. Location is great. I might consider staying here if the prices is much lower cos the furniture in the room is old and standard is not a 5 star grading anymore. No doubt services by the staff is excellent. Check-in n out is a breeze. If you don't mind paying this kind of rate to get a good location n services rendered by all means you cn consider.
