Positives Clean hotel, great room for family of 4, breakfast superb selection and staff generally all very attentive. Location great, it's a 20 min walk along the prom to the village with decent places to eat. Late check out - no charge! Negatives Padel is £40 which is a tad excessive. Housekeeping didn't come one day to be told they finish at 5pm and so managed to get towels and toilet roll from reception..... Cold shower one night but we were late getting to the room, every other day was fine. Pool area clean however on the last day lots of litter around the sun beds from the day before and towels not collected. Definitely recommend for some spring sunshine and hotel much better than a Canaries option! Food and drinks quite pricey in the hotel considering location but great quality. Gym - used every day, no aircon and could do with some new kit but good enough.

One of the best hotels ive stayed at, the staff are super friendly, they are attentive. The hotel has all the luxuries, the swimming pools, thr breakfast and resturants are high quality and very reasonably priced. Check out the beach resturant Sud which does amazing food. The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Our partial ocean view room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The terrace was lovely. The pools and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed very tasty and varied options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. A special “shout out” to hostess Wiam who was an entirely charming ambassador to the hotel! : )

Great hotel. 15 min walk to Taghazout. Clean place. Great breakfast and the Club lounge access well worth it for all day snacks and a 2 hour happy hour in the evening. Beach area is more chilled out than the pool area. The pool is too busy with screaming kids. Shame there wasn’t some sort of free board hire or bike hire but we made do with the hire available on the beach. Overall a wonderful stay.
