The property is good and has a character. Well maintained over all. The pool is not for swimming and was dirty. We got the premium suite and it was not only over charged but also had poor AC. Breakfast was fine. You cannot walk anywhere from the property. No activities within itself either.

Lovely hotel. The views are spectacular - the sunsets are unreal. Great amenities and beautiful property. The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly and always available. Room was comfortable and clean. Finally, located close to Siena with loads of dinner options in town. That said, one might we ate at the restaurant and the food was great.

Out of the way but it is a hidden gem in the Tuscan hills! Beautiful views, especially during dinner and the property is well maintained for its size and history. We stayed in the suite, which was very large and on theme. Customer service was excellent, special shout out to Giusy (Pina). Fantastic server and always with a smile. Breakfast was more than enough and pool was refreshing. Quiet place too.

This is a nice place away from the crowds. You are surrounded by hills which makes for beautiful scenery. Siena is about a 25 minute curvy drive if you do not choose to eat at their restaurant. Extracurricular activities are limited to the pool. The room was spacious but the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool in the 95 degree weather making it somewhat uncomfortable at night. This is a good location for relaxing and quiet.

Hotell med stor potential men tyvärr är hela anläggningen väldigt förfallen. Trasiga solsängar och parasollet, trasiga staket, poolen underhålls dåligt och botten är trasig. Trasigt golv i restaurangen. Vissna blommor i alla krukor. Fina men små rum. Trasig kyl i rummet och detta löstes inte under vår vistelse. Utsikten från restaurangen är magisk men allt är slitet och glasen smutsiga och väldigt dyrt! Och personalen är ointresserad och inte gästvänliga. Frukosten är riktigt bra med ett bra urval och en supersmarrig äggröra. Här jobba också den trevligaste damen på hela stället. Vi och fler gäster ville gärna sitta ute och äta frukost och fick ett snorkigt svar av en av de manliga servitörerna art detta gick bra så länge vi själv dukade upp borden. Tyvärr är borden slitna, smutsiga och stolarna av järn har inga dynor. Maten vid poolen var under all kritik och priserna orimligt höga. Här var ingen som plockade undan disken på hela dagen så på eftermiddagen kryllade det av små djur på tallrikar och glas. Vi bad om att få låna två vinglas för att dricka lite vin på rummet men det fick vi inte. All dryck skulle köpas och konsumeras i restaurangen. Gällde även vatten! Detta är ett ställe som bara tänker på att tjäna pengar och utöver det inget annat. Välj något annat boende det finns gott om fina boende i närheten.

É inconcepibile, per la tipologia e le potenzialità di una così bella struttura, l’esperienza che abbiamo vissuto io e la mia compagna. Al nostro arrivo alle 14:30 la reception era chiusa (e lo sarebbe stato anche la notte) giustificandosi con fatto che la struttura avesse riaperto il giorno del nostro arrivo. Ma il fatto gravissimo é che a dicembre non può mai esistere che il riscaldamento sia spento/rotto (non abbiamo chiuso occhio tutta la notte, oggi siamo raffredatissimi entrambi), che dal lavandino il rubinetto dell’acqua calda non faccia sgorgare nemmeno una goccia d’acqua e che (fatto sicuramente meno insormontabile dei precedenti ma non per questo giustificabile) che la spa fosse tutta scassata (almeno quella non ci é stata addebitata per ovvi motivi, essendo usciti dopo 20 minuti trascorsi a imprecare). Un’esperienza terribile!
