Four days in Tulum
CONS. -We got in the hotel room, the toilet water wasn't working ,they came right away to fix it. -The Ac wasn't working and someone came. - There were soo much mosquitoes and flies but someone came to spray the room right away. -I saw two mosquitoes killed and left on the washroom wall. - I feel like having paper towel in the kitchen will be nice. -There were no towels we had to requestWe received PROS -Our room got upgraded and received free breakfast. -The room is nice especially for the price you pay for. -I like how the room have the private hot tub. -Two bottles of water were giving every morning. -I was able to do late check out for 1pm -They were helpful to request a taxi for you. Would I stay here again? YES! DEFINITELY! I FELT SAVE AND WELCOMED.
