Overall A Nice Stay
A lovely stay, the check in staff were mid conversation when we arrived and we had to wait for them to finish their conversation for a couple of minutes before we were acknowledged & I wouldn’t say it was overly welcoming. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable and the service in the bar and restaurant for breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I liked the little touch of sweeties on the stand where you could help yourself. Delicious breakfast. Good location. Overall a nice stay, I do love the Malmaison chain they are cool, stylish, and modern.

Lovely hotel with Hercule Poirot a near neighbour
Loved it! My room was very comfortable and looked over the delightful Charterhouse Square. Everything you need - and the breakfast is good, too. Some nice little extras too - a quirky selection of books to read ( "Extreme Ironing", anyone?), some fruit, bottled water. This is a charming, secret, quiet little corner of London but it's still easy to get around with buses and tube not far away. An interesting part of London too, with plenty to see close by. Hercule Poirot is a close neighbour: he has his apartment in a fine art deco block just across the square. (Scenes from the ITV series with David Suchet were filmed here.) I was exceptionally happy with my stay and shall certainly come here again when in London.

Highly Recommended
The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Impeccably decorated and the staff/ service was second to none. Great location, great food and the beds are a dream. Would highly recommend.
