There was no one in reception on arrival the receptionist was in the kitchen talking to the cooks, There was no soap in the shower as - as well no soap or dispenser for the sink

Up and Down
Some tender loving care needed to the condition of the hotel. Carpets torn, under the bed was filthy; the outside was dated, dirty walls, new paint needed, with cigarette butts spread around the seating area. There was even a rat burrow on the embankment near the bins. However, the bed was comfortable and the young blonde lady on reception Sunday night ensured my stay was a satisfying one. T I did not get her name unfortunately, but she was friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

the bed was so soft i was unable to sleep. I the middle of the night we was woken up with work people smoking wakey tobaco that filled the room with smoke it stunk.
