Luxury in the heart of Barcelona.
Top notch hotel. We stayed in a suite in the fifth floor. It was so spacious and luxurious. The outdoor tub on the balcony was the highlight- lovely to soak in after a night out. The front of desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Their recommendations were so good.

Do not stay here!
I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during the last 7 years. I have stayed in hotels that were modest and hotels that cost well over a thousand a night. Heck I have even stayed in 3 motels. Yet, this hotel was the worst, most traumatic experience ever. The experience was so bad that hotels.com had to step in on my behalf to deal with the issue, and from what I understand rebuked the manager for his unethical behavior and, again it is my understanding, have put the incident in the hotel’s file as a black mark. (I wish I can give you details but as I am still dealing with the issue I cannot.) So don’t be fooled by the photos this place—namely it’s manager—is hands down the most manipulative most abusive place I have ever stayed at.

Wonderful boutique hotel
Loved the stay at Casa Buenavista! The rooms are new, with great details such as the lighting, one button blackout curtain, super comfortable bedding, and rooftop pool. Its location is convenient to museums, restaurants, groceries, and the metro. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks for making us feel welcome in your beautiful city. I would tell my friends to stay here.
