Beautiful hotel but terribly managed. Wasn't very clean. One of our rooms smelled like smoke. Service was pretty unprofessional.... I Appreciated how cheap it was but kinda sad it has so much potential being wasted with poor management.

The girl checking us in was friendly. The outside of this place is a little scary, but the inside is nice looking. The tub in our room had a hole in it and there was paint all over the bathroom from a terrible remodel job. Family makers that also stayed in another room had a giant hole in the side of their bath. People just rolling joints in the parking lot and we even watched someone just light a cigarette in their room with a window cracked. Breakfast was ok if you have zero other options. Breakfast employee was just sitting on the couch on his phone and was annoyed when people asked for his help. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again and advise others to look elsewhere if you have other options.

This hotel seemed okay at first glance, then we get into our room and SO many issues of uncleanliness and the GM, Roger......is SUPER unprofessional. The only thing clean in our room, was the bed (at least it looked that way). Our microwave didn't work, the air conditioner didn't work, the elevator didn't work, more than 2 times of use our ENTIRE 3 NIGHT, 4 DAY STAY! We had no hairdryer in our room. By night 3, no hot water in the entire hotel. We talked with the front desk, and I personally spoke with Roger, twice in person and once on the phone. Someone from the hotel had been in our room and they wouldn't admit to it, and we requested no one to enter when we were gone. When I explained to Roger I expected more professionalism and to be compensated for all of the issues. We also had to change rooms after night 1 and that room had issues as well. Anyway, Roger offered to "buy me an ice cream, if that would help my troubles." INSULTING! Save yourself the irritation and crap staff, and go somewhere else.

Upon check in shocked to discover they gave us an uncleaned room. Received another room, and as we were settling in the door opened. Shocked to discover they gave our room to another couple. Hallways to the rooms were filthy with garbage and dirty towels. Informed by front desk staff that housekeeping would not be available for the day. The room, overall, wasn’t too bad but the bed needed replaced years ago.

Staff was amazing. Hotel smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. other guests just didn't respect the rules. Animals feces and urine all over in hallways. Could be a great place to stay with a little more staff to help enforce the rules.

My 1st room had no lights working in the bedroom and TV was broken. They moved me to another room and the closet doors were not attached so they moved me to another room where the TVs weren't working. Came the next day to fix the TV. The doors were not working leading to outside so you had to put a rock at the door to keep it from closing or you were locked outside, the keys weren't working. The 2nd day there someone set off the fire alarm which caused mass pandemonium. My dog was terrified. The final day ( thank the Lord) there was no hot water. When I asked if they could adjust the price because of so many problems, they said no. Also they could not provide a copy of my final bill.
