When we arrived at 3pm per our check in instructions, we were told the room would not be available until 5-530pm. Floors were dirty and the room is in need of updates. People at the front desk were friendly but did not speak any English. Although stated on hotels.com that English was spoken.

Whole property literally filthy, from the entrance, to reception, to lift, corridors and room. Expedia description v misleading. Frosty reception, rapid fire French. No feel for the many foreign guests. Condition of building dangerous, with faulty electrical installations. Not worth this (or any) price. Do not stay here. Also, hottest part of France, but no aircon. A chain hotel such as Etap or Novotel much better value.

Très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel trois étoiles. L’établissement est très vieillissant et ne correspond pas aux prestations auxquelles on peut légitimement s’attendre. À notre arrivée, il faisait 31 °C dans la chambre (photo à l’appui). Contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait attendre, il n’y a tout simplement pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Il était impossible de les rafraîchir en ouvrant les fenêtres puisqu’il faisait encore plus chaud à l’extérieur. Nous n’avons pas non plus eu de serviettes de bain, uniquement de petites serviettes, l’hôtel nous ayant indiqué ne pas en avoir suffisamment en raison du 14 juillet. Le ménage était particulièrement insuffisant : de très nombreuses toiles d’araignées étaient visibles au plafond et le long des murs, ce qui montre qu’elles n’étaient pas récentes. La chambre était également assez poussiéreuse dans son ensemble. Enfin, aucune véritable solution ne nous a été proposée face à ces différents désagréments. Une prestation très décevante pour un hôtel trois étoiles.
