The location , very clean . Really helpful staff from reception, Maintenance, housekeeping, Anything you asked was assisted 100% . Will be back to stay her again.
Loved the location and so quiet. Everyone so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the floor in the unit was in need of sweeping and washing which meant it was not possible to walk around bare-foot.
Fantastic. I would recommend it to all my friends
We had only been in the room no 104 suit cases unpacked clothes all spred out ( we were leaving from home next day 8th March) fot 10 mins.when my wife saw a cockroach run under one of the beds.I immediately callrd reception. They sent a fellow who arrived in 10 minutes He said he would 'spray round the edges of the room.' We said this wad unacceptable and wished a room change. He went back to reception and we were moved to room 203 more or less above.(had to move our gear ourselves) Next morning before departure I asked for a rebate. I was offered a breakfast voucher. That was not acceptable and there fore told to speak to you. So here we are. I expect a 50% discount and look fotward to hearing from you
It was a great resort with on site restaurants, bars, beach. Rooms were nice, food was great.
The place was acceptable, the pool is open until 10:00 PM, but has not any lights.
This was our second time staying here. Sir to covid , the inn front desk was closed so we had to drive to harborside front desk. I called at 4pm for toilet paper, never received, and again at 730am. I was told there was no one on site and I would have to drive over and get some. Normally wouldn't care, but on vacation and in my PJs If they are not going to provide daily housekeeping rooms should be stocked up a bit better. Also, no masks for wait and kitchen staff at Hooks was very disconcerting especially when rates are at 10 percent. I understand things are different this year, but it was a real pain driving over to Harborside to get necessities
It’s not a place I would stay again. The TV didn’t work and the tile floors left our feet black. One coffee cup in the room of two double beds. Sorry but I’ll find a different hotel next time.
I paid over $100 dollars for a terrible nasty nasty room. Asked for some type satisfaction and got laughed at. NEVER again. Sad part was I wanted to purchase in this resort NO WAY.
The beds were 2 full not queen, the room is very old, no coffee at all, we wanted to have breakast and both restaurants were closed. Really? very dissapointed for the pruce we paid .We had to leave warly as no coffe or breakfast you got to go
