About Juniper Springs Resort

Ski-in, ski-out condos on the slopes of Mammoth Mountain

Next to express chairlift

Juniper Springs Resort is in Mammoth Lakes, 1 of the best ski and snowboard destinations in California. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the Eagle Express chairlift that takes skiers up the mountain, and a few minutes' drive from historic downtown.

Outdoor adventure

The resort's location at Mammoth Mountain makes it an ideal base for outdoor adventures in the Sierra Nevada mountain range, including fishing, boating, and hiking. The Mammoth Ski Museum, a 5-minute drive, has paintings, sculptures, and photographs centered on the mountains.

Pool, hot tubs, coffee

The craftsman-style hotel has a heated pool with 3 hot tubs, and you can sip hot drinks at the coffee shop. Kids can play in the game room, and adults can work out in the fitness center; from December through April, the hotel is ski-in and ski-out for guests.

Full kitchen, fireplace

The 284 guestrooms range from studios to 3-bedroom condos, and they all feature WiFi, and full kitchens with coffeemakers. You can light the fireplace and get cozy under a down duvet while watching satellite TV, or enjoy mountain views from your private balcony.

Stopped over in Mammoth on route to San Francisco. A great apartment in lovely surroundings. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is no air conditioning but fans were supplied. Lovely swimming pool and patio area. Food availability on site is very minimal. Eating out is a short drive or bus ride away or supermarket in town to get supplies to cook in the apartment.

100% would recommend
We visited in late may between seasons, where it was too hot to ski and the snow still hadn’t melted. The hotel was brilliant, we came to see bears, we spent a lot of time in the resort, the pool is undermentioned on the site and is a brilliant way to relax post hike. The town is little disappointing with no competition for restaurants (7 dollars more for a pizza than Lake Tahoe with no real reason why) but other than that we had an amazing time. P.s we saw our bears

Hidden Gem!
Juniper exceeded all expectations I had. The staff were so very welcoming when we initially arrived after a long drive, and were full of local knowledge of some great places to go and cool things to do. The hotel felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was so relaxed and laid back, the pool was great and the views were spectacular!
