It was a little disappointing because when we arrived I was advised WiFi was out and they had no idea when it would be up and running. I have children and I work from home so I needed the WiFi which is one of the reasons I chose this because they advertised it as one of their amenities. It came back on 24 hrs later and microwave in the room didn’t work. Had to eat our leftovers cold to avoid having to go up and down the stairs due to having bad knees. There were roaches here and there but rooms were clean. The staff was very nice though and breakfast was good.

We appreciated having a place to stay. However the pictures make it a lot more glamorous than it is. It was cute & looked like it really used to be a neat place. We loved accessing the pool straight from our room & being able to have our pup with. However we had to deal with homeless people doing drugs & sleeping on the old mattresses by the dumpster the morning we left as we walked to our vehicle. Not something we were prepared to explain to our 6 year old.

Rating: 10/10 - Exceptional Stay! I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Garnet Inn & Suites. The location is absolutely perfect and incredibly convenient, making it so close and easy to get to everything. My kids were completely obsessed with the adorable community cat that lives on the property—she is so cute, friendly, and sweet with children. We also spent a lot of time at the beautiful pool, which was clean and refreshing . Everything about the experience was wonderful, but the highlight was definitely Hilda and Paul. They are incredibly team, kind, attentive, and welcoming to me throughout my visit. Every single time I needed something, they was right there to help. Thank you, Hilda and Paul for your amazing hospitality and for making my stay so perfect!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though the hours are cut off very early..
