I wish I would’ve gotten their names, but everyone was so welcoming at the front desk! The room was always tidy when I came back, and the continental breakfast was good! Lovely hotel that’s very central and nearby to great restaurants and the river front. Very soundproof so you don’t hear any noise from outside. Rooms are incredibly large and spacious. Decor is slightly dated but nothing that would stop you from having a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very substantial but if you have food allergies like myself (gluten) there’s limited to no options so you’ll need to go out for breakfast. Staff were friendly and the check in and check out experience was great. If you’re a solo female traveller like I was, you’ll feel comfortable here!

Clean and nice room. I loved the bathtub. Comfortable bed. Adding Keurig dark roast coffee pods would be nice. Need a small nightstand on the narrow side of the bed that doesn't have one there. We moved the small bathroom ottoman to that spot. We had to sleep in that bed because there was a wall lamp directly over one side of the other bed, making it impossible to sit up and read in bed.
