Dissappointing stayed in better premier inns
We turned up at 20.50 to book in ( book in was from 1500) to be told our room allocated wasnt ready due to a late check out and advised we would have to wait to check in, wasnt offered an alternatuve room. Once in room at about 2115 room was big but dissappointing. It look dated/run down and was clean on first glance however stains on sides/units, door handles missing on draws. Bathroom was again big but bath and shower was dated. Shower also lost pressure every few seconds even on different tempratures. Windows coulfnt be opened and there was damp and signs of mold around it. There was a fridge in the room but it wasnt on/working and wasnt stocked. Wasnt sure if was meant to be stocked although signs and information led us to belive it was meant to be. The arm chair was damaged (bottom of chair all torn and hanging down). The bed was very big ( 2 large singles together) but pillows were thin and uncomfortable

Excellent stay, we were there for our 35th Wedding Anniversary and Harry on reception, made it extra special by upgrading us ! Have stayed there previously and both stays were Excellent

Disappointed
Considering the reputation of the Radisson blu I was very underwhelmed when we got to our room I went to put a bottle of wine in the fridge and noticed a sign about a mini bar only to find it empty and switched off. so after trying to figure out how to get it on for some time i decided to go down and inform reception only to be told that non of the fidges work in any of the rooms and there being decommisioned, however there are ice machines on every floor. Why not just tell us that in the first place or even put a notice in the room instead of making guests go up and down 7 floors for a simple pice of information. while the room was very comfortable and surface clean it was also very dusty an the vents looked like they haven been cleaned in years. We ordered continental breakfast to our room which was abysmal with one bowl of musli for 2 people. I just think for a 4 star hotel they can and should be doing better honestly had a better time staying in the premier inn
