Was not that impressed with the mould around the bath, I got a large bottle of astonish mould cleaner from the pound shop and cleaned it myself, not impressed with the third degree I got at breakfast on Sunday morning either, I had little to do with the staff, why you have a phone in the bathroom out of reach of someone who couldn’t reach it if they had an accident in the bathroom God only knows, the lift debacle do to corona virus is ridiculous, the noise made in the reception in the early hours resonates up and around all floors, I did enjoy the anniversary card that had been left from the staff and the food was good,

Been looking forward to having a nice break in Liverpool after working through lockdown and preferred this hotel of all others because it said online that the pool was open so we paid extra money for this reason. Upon arriving we were informed that it was closed, we were very disappointed that we didn't get this information before arriving otherwise we would of stayed in a cheaper hotel that is closer to the town. Arrived in our room and noticed that the windows could not be opened so we put the air con on as it was very hot in the room, air con did not seem to work so informed them at the reception and was told someone would come and check it whilst we were out came back was still hot we had to sleep on top the sheets and didn't sleep well atall because of this. Noticed chips on the floor from previous person, had make up fingerprints on window shelf and hand prints on window expected it to be more hygienic especially with the covid-19 outbrake. Woke up next morning went downstairs for breakfast, there weren't any staff around to help or no clear instructions on how to get hot breakfast. We had to stand around and ask somebody for information, after ordering our breakfast two baguettes arrived only on one plate. Very disappointed with the service of this hotel! should have more clear instructions upon arriving and online. I would appreciate more clear information before our stay.

Good stay at the Radisson. Covid protections in place - screens at reception. Staff in masks. Plenty of sanitiser. Seperate entry/exit doors. Lift limited to 1 households only. Floor signs etc. Breakfast consisted of bag Inc. Croissant with jams, alpen bar, prepared fruit, bottle of orange juice, yogart tub with granola delivered to your room. Good location just 2 mins from the docks and town. Parking £13.50 for 24hrs 2 mins away. Thank you for being open and welcoming
