Faultless
We had booked a room with 2 double beds for our family of 4 but were upgraded (without request) to a lovely suite which was much more comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food, including breakfast could not be faulted.

It’s an ok hotel, but: It’s NOT a ski in/out resort. More like out-walk-ski thing. And also there’s literally no coffee place on the property. Only one restaurant (which is ok) for all three meals. So every morning you gotta get dressed walk outside to a nearby hotel, grab something for everyone and comeback. Not super convenient.

Perfect!
We loved everything about our trip and this lodge! The service was excellent. Alden was so helpful and suggested several things to do and places to eat. Marco was also great. Loved the Spur restaurant. If we ever make it back to Jackson Hole we will be sure to stay there again.
