Property is well-kept and very clean. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. Pool looks inviting although we never made it there. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

10/10 Exceptional

The rooms were clean and fresh. Really nice sheets, not an extra hard bed, excellent view of the bay, inexpensive food choices and the list goes on. I absolutely love this place and will recommend. Only drawback is the parking which can be costly if you intend to leave the property daily.

Everything was just perfect. Everyone was easy going and pleasant, elegant surroundings where everything was first class and well kept up. Lots of choices of places to eat at all different price points. The best part the pool with its tropical foliage . Can’t wait to come back.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The casino and hotel were honestly the closest to a Vegas experience I've ever seen in AC. Hotel room was spotless and the casino has a classy look and feel to it. Great experience.

Check-in was quick and easy, daily house keeping was perfect, and the hotel itself was spotless! Borgata is much more than a hotel, there was so much to do during our stay!

10/10 Exceptional

Wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel , amenities and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise (or hidden) fees at checkout. They charge you the amenities fee when you check out fyi 83$ . I just wish they were more clear about that upfront

Would not go anywhere else in AC - get what you pay for! Went for dinner (Old Homestead was excellent) and show - great gym in the am, and then out. A perfect 1 day experience

10/10 Exceptional

The property was extremely clean, plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. This was my first time visiting this resort and highly recommend, the Borgata is about 10 miles to the boardwalk.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The hotel was nice. The lobby was very welcoming and full of options to eat and shop. Check in and check out was super easy. Friendly staff! Only cons I want to mention is that the room (1543) I was in could be updated a little more (large visible scratches/marks on dresser/TV/side wall, bathroom floor corners peeling/aging, stale scent to hallway). TV options were super limited on what you could watch. Parking was straight forward coming in but I felt it lacked clear directions when checking out of the lot.

Valay parking was a breeze and you could have any luggage brought right to your room after you check in. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. Also security is tight and you cannot use the elevator without a room key. The staff is very helpful.
