The room was pretty outdated. Hot tub was the highlight to this room. Would be nice if it was covered so you are out of the rain but also the people above. Also the first night we were there someone woke us up at 12 am pounding on our door which was a bit disturbing.

Great location, excellent views of the beach. Updating all the room interiors is self evident. Windows have accumulated mold/debris around all the window plastic, channels, locks, etc. Bathroom hardware is in the same condition, worn, rusty. Bathtub water pressure is in dire need of attention, probably new valves/ shower head, etc. The clerk who checked us in was very helpful and accommodating.

The ocean view from our room and friendly staff were the best parts about our stay. The bathroom was very clean. The floors, bedspreads and the box spring cover could use more attention. The baseboard heating unit mounted along the bottom of the wall under the window needs to be painted (showing rust). When we checked in, we were told that the ice machine was not working but they had some ice from a freezer. The fan in the bathroom was also not working. Again I would like to compliment the staff and thank them for contacting us that they had found an ipod in our room. We had not left town yet and were able to pick it up in the office. The parking and beach access were also good.

I came down with food poisoning on our trip down and the hotel staff was so accommodating to let us check in early and asked about me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and loved having a hot tub on the deck. We will be back!
