Very comfortable hotel
very comfortable hotel with extremely polite and attentive staff. I got a discounted price for two nights this month but I’m not sure if I’d pay full price or same price as the KL Mattiot but def worth it if you can get a good price deal.

Lovely hotel in a handy location
Hotel was lovely - ask for a room with a view (XX69 - I could see the park rather than the city) which was nice to look out at. Food options available are good, bit tricky to get in by taxi but easy access from Sentral station so that's very handy for getting around KL and getting to the airport too

The best hotel I have ever stayed in bar none
I have travelled on business for over 30 years and this is, bar none, the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I cannot fault it and for the money I paid it is AMAZING value. Location. Ideal. Right next to the central station with a high speed link to the airport. Right next to a massive shopping mall. Early checkin. I checked in at 10am and got my room. That is almost unheard of in my experience. The following week I came back for a second stay of two more days and needed a later checkout as my meeting was at 2:30pm, then I was making a dash for the airport. They let me keep the room until 2pm. That is rare. Usually it is one hour extra, hardly ever do you get 2 hours. The breakfast is superb. There is incredible variety there. You could stuff yourself and not eat for the rest of the day. It is amazing. It takes 30 minutes just to choose. The pool and gym complex are excellent too. These are shared with the Hilton but they are not crowded. The wifi is high speed and reliable. The business centre is open all night and is free. Including free to print stuff. I spent two hours there in the early hours this morning. The staff are helpful. The rooms are five star. I cannot fault anything with the room And then there is the price. Less than one hundred dollars per night., ok, that does not include breakfast, but still, I just paid three times that for the Shangri La in Manila and the Philippines is a dirt poor country compared to Malaysia. I love it here
