So even without an Ocean view room, you walk out your door and see the ocean right there. So, convenience in location to beach, check. Pool and hot tub awesomeness, check. The rooms ( we had 2) were spacious & clean. The bldg was older (5 stories) but everything was clean, in the reception area there’s snacks & drinks for purchase And you can rent an umbrella w/chairs by the shore, Has a nice covered bar area by the pool, if anyone got boiling hot they could cool down there to get out of the sun for a bit (was in the 90s but felt like a 100) The pool was clean with lots of seating, the big + was it over looked the beautiful ocean. The kids absolutely loved playing on the beach & in the ocean. A food truck sat just below the pool area so that came in handy. Parking is free & the staff were extremely nice/helpful & it’s walking distance to the boardwalk for restaurants/ shopping. But the thing I loved most about the place was the closeness to the ocean.
