Stayed for 2 nights 22-25 Nay 2026 Room Clean Bed Base broken - dispute that had a good night sleep. Bit Dated Shower Good and powerful. No Apps on TV - Disappointing as limited and unable to mirror from phone. Breakfast was Average Booked in for what is supposed to be À la carte Ordered our starter and mains. Waited for over 40 minutes they were very busy - and then the main course came out - we said we haven’t had the starter - they offered to take the food back and bring the starters. Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms.

Large room and excellent bathroom. Staff cheerful and friendly. The service at breakfast was particularly good and that seems to be unusual now in our experience. We have stayed here before when exploring the area and came this time for an overnight stay before joining a cruise. It is good value and has lots of amenities should guests wish to use them.
