I booked this hotel as a friend of mine stayed there before.what a wonderful experience!The staff at our check in was very friendly ,as soon as we arrived offering us some complementary biscuits, tea/coffe .It was an anniversary celebration, and as we entered our room there was a cake with a little bottle of sparkling which I find it very cute as it was unexpected.the room was clean.location is spot on as there loads of hIlls on the city .I recommend.

Truly incredibly service at this beautiful hotel in the heart of Porto! We had an amazing time and were treated so kindly by the staff of the hotel. They even surprised us on our birthday! The hotel is clean, quiet and super convenient. Also loved the pool and sauna, it's super relaxing and fun after a long day in the city. Once again, a one of a kind experience with the best service we have ever experienced at a hotel. We hope to visit some of their other historic hotels in Portugal. Highly recommended!
