Only stayed one night but was very good value compared with a B&B I had just moved out of and which had a lot of issues that took half a day to get sorted out by the owner. Comfortable , clean rooms with great shower , air con , kitchenette and all I needed apart from the view ! (Room described as with ‘view’) Good buffet breakfast included. Very near train station, metro and the old town. I would recommend and will go back another time.

It really was totally perfect for my needs to combine a city visit with the Paris-Roubaix cycling challenge (12.5km each way on cycle paths to the velodrome, I did the 145km circular route). Large, very clean, very comfortable, newly-refurbished rooms with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Very good breakfast was included with both hot and cold options, plus 2 gluten free breads and a cake. Very helpful and friendly staff on the front desk and at breakfast. I drove from the UK and used the hotel car park which was good, and has a lift straight to the upper floors for the rooms. Great location with a huge shopping centre next door and an easy walk to all the key sights of the citt centre. Nice city to visit, felt very vibrant. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in Lille, or doing the Paris-Roubaix again.

My only two criticisms were that the eggs were pretty bad, and one of the lifts was out of order (which was a pain for us with a pushchair). Also: just give us teabags. We arrived at 3am and the night concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was manic and they could not cope with the number of guests food ran out and even plates ran out. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeper she was amazing, we only saw one, a lovely dark skinned lady who was working extremely hard trying to clean all the rooms and doing so with a smile, simply amazing. On the way out we were stuck in the car park as the reception team did not tell us the code changed. Overall lovely clean hotel good service, breakfast was not good, great housekeeper.

Séjour parfait dans cet appart hôtel ! L’accueil est à souligner car le personnel donne toutes les infos y compris touristiques pour la ville de Lille . Le parking est un plus ! Et les animaux acceptés avec un supplément… La situation est parfaite pour visiter : 10/15 minutes du centre ville, et juste à côté de la gare… Nous y reviendrons !

Superbe hôtel très bien situé, prestations de très haute qualité. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Studio pr 3, 1 très grand lit pr 2 et un canapé convertible très confortable pour 1. Vaste chambre et salle de douche. Superbe déco, très belles finitions. Seul bémol, la salle de petit-déjeuners est sous-dimensionnée pour l'affluence. Bcp de choix et grande qualité des produits, mais le buffet est souvent saturé et certains clients ne trouvent pas de place pour s'installer. Les dames de service font ce qu’elles peuvent et restent très agréables malgré la pression et le fait qu’elles courent partout... Mis à part cela vraiment top !!

Très bel nouvel hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir au cœur de Lille. Tout est neuf. La chambre est calme et très belle en décoration. Et que dire de la literie. Elle est exceptionnelle. Quel confort et quelle qualité de sommeil. Nous sommes également ravi du petit déjeuner. L'espace comme l'accueil sont très agréables et décorés avec goût. Petit déjeuner buffet avec une grande variété de choix. Nous reviendrons dans cette résidence lors de notre prochain séjour à Lille.
