Springhill Suites Memphis Downtown
Great hotel. Massive, comfortable room with a little kitchenette. Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good. Situated in a perfect location, walking distance to Beale St, the river front and Civil Rights museum. Memphis is a lovely place.

Stay in Memphis
Disappointed we were not allocated a king bed and were given two queens. This seemed to be because we had booked through Hotels.com and not directly with the hotel. Self-parking was away from the hotel, about 8 minutes walk, in a public car park. Also quite expensive.

Good hotel
The hotel was in a perfect position just a five minute walk from all the action, we walked everywhere, except Graceland when we walked to Sun Studio's to do there great tour and they have a free shuttle to Graceland and back into town. Would recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel is in a quiet area,but wthin easy walking distance of Beale street,the Civil Rights,and Cotton Museums.The Hotel bar closed @ 10pm so if you looking for a good local ...the Bar Dog Tavern on Munroe street just of Main street....good restaurant... The Magestic top of Main street.....for pub food try Huey's opposite the Peabody hotel.
