Great hotel, fab location
The most important thing for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, whatever time of day or night. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made our stay that much more memorable. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. All you need for a city stay. Valencia has so much of interest to see and do that you basically just slept there. The breakfasts were excellent. There was so much choice that even the fussiest of review leavers would be satisfied. Service was excellent, items being regularly topped up and tables cleared and cleaned. Oh - and the food was fresh and tasty. The local area is great for bars, cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance. And the best one is literally 20 strides from the main door across the rood - Cafe Vermudez. But make sure you book, it is very popular with Valencians. Had a great day on the bikes - free from the hotel - cycling the Turks. Valencia is so good and safe for cyclists. Just follow the red dots on the map that reception will give you. Went on the local bus to the Albufeira - a must for a boat trip, bird watching and of course paella! A 40 minute trip for 1.5 euros. Did the same for a day at the beach - about 25 minutes. Got the metro from the airport - 11 euros for a return trip for 2 of us Get off at Xativa on the 3 or 5 line and it’s a 10 minute stroll (max) to the hotel. One of the best, if not the best, city breaks we have had. Valencia is clean and hassle free with stunning architecture. Top hotel. Top city

Comfortable Hotel with Excellent Staff
Stayed here for three nights in April and were very well cared for! Our room was quite small but had a high ceiling, a huge, comfortable bed and enough storage space. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the street below but by keeping the windows closed were not bothered by noise at any point. We did think we would have a balcony to sit on but found it to be a railing in front of the windows (which could be opened) Before we arrived we requested a kettle and this was provided with some tea. The safe was free and the shower was super efficient in a spotlessly clean bathroom. The toiletries were of a very high standard and smelt gorgeous. On two occasions we needed help (with the TV and safe) and an engineer came immediately, explained everything and was very patient and polite. It was easy to connect to wi-fi and it worked well. We loved having complimentary coffee, water and little easter eggs in reception and were able to borrow a corkscrew. For the price breakfast was excellent: fresh fruit, cakes and croissants, yoghurt, smoothies, sausages, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs, sliced bread and rolls (and an efficient toaster!) more. The fruit juice was particularly good as was the coffee! Our only minor criticisms were that the scrambled eggs were (perhaps inevitably) a bit dried up and there was often a wait for bacon. The main plus for this hote, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly without being intrusive, advice was always to hand. We were given and free

3 day solo break to Valencia
positives - friendly, quick check-in by Carolina. she gave me a map and circled location of bus stop for the bus i needed to catch. internet available in lobby to use. the neighbourhood which the hotel is in Rusafa is upcoming and has plenty of cafes, restaurants, and some boutiques available. There is a mini supermarket few doors down from hotel, handy for buying water and snacks. The walk to nearest metro stop Xativa is over a 5minute walk away, hotel is easy to find. The room i was allocated on the first floor unfortunately had no real view apart from water tanks. the room was cosy and really would be a tight fit for 2 people. the bed was comfortable. noise heard from other guests when they were walking past the room or opening/closing doors. i cannot comment on the breakfast as i did not pay for this. the check-out was quick and friendly and hotel held my suitcases until it was time for me to finally leave.

Very good 8.0
Hotel conveniently located to the center of Valencia. If you like to walk ; the hotel sits in a great community ready for discovery. Lots of restaurants, cafes and beer halls to enjoy. The staff is professional and house staff is respectful of guests with pets! We travel with our small dog and felt comfortable to leave him a few hours by itself! Monitor the room through remote access and house staff never entered the room in our absence! Extremely important to us! We will stay again in March and hope to enjoy “La Fallas” with the security and easy access to the city! Thank you to the front desk staff for your assistance! Great Job!

Good stay, cool neighborhood
We stayed here in our first trip to Valencia. The hotel is very well located, in a very cool area steps to the city center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean. While there was room service everyday, it was limited to taking the trash out and making the bed. The mini bar was almost empty when we arrived and not refilled. We wished the room had a coffee maker, as the rest of the places we stayed in Spain. However, there are plenty of inexpensive places to get coffee in the morning. They offer a breakfast buffet, but we did not try it. Also- good wifi!
