I arrived in the early evening and was told they had no record of my reservation. The staff person used their keys to open up three rooms that were already occupied in an effort to find me my room. I was woken up twice in the middle of the night by people trying to open my door with a key and then pounding on my door.

On May 14 I reserved a conventional room with two beds on arrival September 9 they only had a little tiny cabin but 1/3 the size of average hotel room space, no chair to sit in no dressers to put clothes in no rack to put a suitcase on only for hangers to put clothes on you can only access the bed from one side the other side was pushed into a corner and against the wall leaving a narrow space to walk between kitchen cabinets And the bed. Yes they still charge me for the full room that I had paid for when I made the reservation and had the gall to tell me that their little cabins were nicer than their motel rooms

The location was great. Close to the beach and reasonable distance to Wells and Portland. The cabin was nice and inviting, but found ourselves needing a broom or a vacuum which wasnt provided. Also it was fairly loud as it was right next to the road but for the price you couldnt beat it. One last thing, the maintenance staff entered our room without us knowing and while our do not disturb sign was up. This left us with a sense of privacy invasion and was a little unsettling. Overall was a good stay.

We stayed in a cabin. It was older and outdated but it gave us ample room, it had everything we needed, and it served our purpose of a 2 night stay while passing through the area. It had easy access to the Highway and local attractions. The pool was clean and sparkly. I enjoyed the swim after a long day of driving. Overall, it was a nice stay
