Dissapointed no breakfast as kitchen been closed down. Hotel was great. Bit noisy outside until around 5am with bars open.

Ok visit but could do with inproving a few things.
Nobody comes in the room to change towels or tops up tea and coffee. The rooms a so hot even with the air con on. Constant noise from the near by pubs. live music until 4am waist of time trying to get to sleep before that. Not a lot of pace to put folded clothes.

Shiny New city centre hotel
Nice room with everything you might expect in a hotel: bed, desk, en-suite shower room, kettle with tea/coffee. The TV was new enough to work with my Android phone so could play content off that. It was all clean and shiny as it appeared to be newly opened. My view from the 3rd floor looked over rooftops but went quite a long way into the distance so not unpleasant. There was food available, but I didn't try it. It is very conveniently located for the town centre amenities: Rail station, shops, restaurants, and was a very short walk to the river. While not the cheapest in town, it did seem pretty good value when I stayed (weekday, just before Christmas).
