Stayed 11 nights. Some days cleaning was ok, some days only some parts cleaned, others left not touched. Water leaking from shower, so constantly puddles of water in the bathroom after taking shower. Shampoo, shower was almost empty, and not filled in if not asked. One of the days WiFi was not working and it took time to get attention and convince there as an issues as no one else complained. In general it is far away from 5* hotel level. What was nice it was the view

Clean room, modern hotel, Nice view of acropolis from rooftop, good breakfast. The only thing didn't like is street around hotel are so dirty.

This is a large hotel that services conferences, cruise shipsand couples like us. It is well run and and the rooms are spacious enough. There are a few very good dining options very near by too. While the area might be scruffy to some we walked around it and found it interesting. Also there is a metro stop very nearby that is convenient to use that takes you to museums and the Center in about 10-15 minutes.

Great hotel, close to the metro. Great authentic Greek restaurants nearby. Hotel brought a bottle of complimentary wine to the room (Nice touch). Slippers and robe in the room. The Spa had a nice discounted massage and mini facial. It was a very relaxing stay.

The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant were great. Gorgeous view of the Acropolis. The entire staff, including guest services, front desk along with servers on rooftop were very polite, helpful and professional!
