Great location within easy walking distance of Eurostar trains and a hop across the road if you want to get other trains, eg Ghent. Staff were really helpful .. left our bags with reception as arrived early and when we came back they had been moved to our rooms! Very friendly staff. Nice room with compact modern bathroom. Great size with good desk and wardrobe unit. It was a little cold but I used the extra blanket , I was here during storm goretti. The best thing by far is the location. Less than 5 minutes walk from Eurostar , facing gare Flanders and all main attractions are walkable . I would definitely stay again if in Lille

Staff great - room spotlessly clean and considering cost good value for money with tea making in the room and a couple of other touches. One of rooms had a impossibly tiny bathroom hence not 5 stars - would have to a contortionist to use it. Breakfast was great and worth the money.
