The hotel is very nice. It has been around for some time and things such as the WiFi could be improved for sure. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was unfortunate to get a sick stomach for a couple of days and they were very accommodating and helping me during these few days. I felt very well taken care of.

Location is rather good. About 500m to Central and in the busy area of Chaweng. Very important when you book this hotell is that you get a remove on the beach side of the street. Otherwise you will get a very noisy room Breakfast is ok but not special in any way. The Wifi is terrible. You are better of buying a SIM card from TRUE

This hotel was great for the price you pay. Is undergoing a renovation which I believe will make it even better. They don’t supply things like shower caps, cotton buds etc and you have to ask which was a little frustrating. Breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve had in our travels in Thailand but location is magnificent. 10 mins from nightmarket and bars and restaurants on your doorstop. Beds comfy, we got an ocean view room. Great value.

Great location. Breakfast buffet was good with great service. Did not clean the room the last two days of being there. Had to get our own clean towels and toilet paper. Pool and Bar attendant s were good but sat and smoked pot all day. Pool area could have a little more attention as cleanup was seldom done. Early morning front desk personnel did not know how to use the credit card machine. In spite of this we enjoyed our stay on Ko Samui.

A hotel I have stayed on before and can revisit

A hotel previously known as Chaba Resort has a few years on its neck. That said it’s still a very nice place and the rooms are spacious. The parking lot could be bigger, especially during high season it could get crowded and not enough room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and is what you could expect, no complaints!

We booked this hotel after extending couple of days on Koh Samui. Didn't expect too much given the pictures and ratings but I was surprised it offered more than I expected. Very friendly and helpful staff, the staff in the kitchen helping out making sure everything is in place during the breakfast, which by the way was more than enough. The rooms are kept clean, sure you can tell the bathroom is a bit old but we got it very cleaned every day. The location is perfect, if you're looking for the best suitable location at Chaweng Beach this hotel got you covered.

Overordnet god oplevelse (***) Hotellet bærer præg af slidtage, værelserne er overraskende pæne, rumlige og funktionelle, rengøringstandarden er over middel. Strand (bedste på Samui) ubetinget, dog med slidte strandstole, men ok til formålet. Poolen er ikke noget ekstraordinært, den er tilgængelig - men hurtig crowded. Generelt venligt personale, men kæmpe sprogbarrierer (engelsk er som fransk for dem og spansk for andre), de virker lidt dovne, der er ikke meget service, man kunne forestille sig de kunne omsætte for det dobbelt ved stranden / poolen hvis de gjorde en insats frem for at hænge ud bagved baren og smile pænt. Morgenmaden er på ingen måder noget at skrive hjem om, der er absolut minimum, men det er spiseligt, og det afhænger selvfølgelig også af smag og behag / forventning til hvad man vil have at spise til morgenmad, ellers findes der andre muligheder ude i byen. Maden på hotellet ligger i den høje ende af skalaen, det er god thaimad, og priserne for mad og drikke er prisvenlige. Vi vil ikke udelukke at vi kommer tilbage, men det er 100% på grund af beliggenheden.
