Beautifully restored hotel with stunning features. Room was super clean and spacious. Communal coffee area was a lovely touch. Hotel was really helpful ahead of our arrival regarding parking and helped arrange. Would highly recommend staying and also booking into the restaurant next door - rated top in Siena. Air conditioning at the time of our stay wasn’t working but fan was provided - was assured this was being rectified so worth checking during warmer season. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Fabulous stay, beautifully appointed room with huge bathrooms and quality finishes. Our family of 5 was comfortable within 2 room. Would stay here again most definitely. Excellent location and friendly staff. Just a heads up you need to pay attention to check in instructions.

Great little hotel in Siena

The Residenza d'Epoca is an unique experience in the small city of Siena. It's on a quiet street and the room with the large window made it very welcoming. Also Ella - the front desk manager helped me out personally with a situation I had with a payment. She went above and beyond. Her level of service was exceptional.

Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel.

Everything about this accommodation was excellent. The location is so close to the main sight seeing areas but on a really quiet street next to an amazing restaurant. The room had everything we needed and was so clean. It was great to have an area just outside our room where you could access coffee and pastries. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

The room was beautiful and the view was even better. It is walkable to the piazza and the cabs are quick to pick you up from the hotel and only 10-13 minutes to the train station. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We were able to leave our bags in the small lobby/office room locked up and the staff that works at the restaurant next door unlocked the office to let us get our bags and called us a cab.

This was a beautiful room in beautiful Siena with a common area for drinks and sitting. Pastries were provided for breakfast as well. Our hosts were super helpful when we could not get a taxi to the train station. We would have liked extra pillows in the room, but we didn’t ask if they were available so can’t really complain. Beware, the bus does not drop close to the property and there is a very steep hill to get there.
