Clean and comfy
Beautiful hotel, very clean, front desk was attentive and kind. Our room was clean, and comfortable. It was noisy around us, we could hear the other tv through the wall, but by about midnight it quoted down.

I booked this hotel and paid more because they listed they had a children's pool. It's not a children's pool. So I was stuck with two toddlers in the room the whole time because I wouldn't be able to manage both of them in an adult pool. When I approached the desk person about this, he said "How would I know what we advertise, why would I look at a hotel that is right next to my house." I was so upset, terrible customer service. I will never book with them again. I was also expecting to wake up to a sit down breakfast with my family and they just didn't have it that day. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but their service is terrible. It took them 2 hours to bring me a crib because "they couldn't find it". I will never book a Hilton hotel again

Amazing!!!
Surprisingly fantastic! The hotel and accommodations were more than anticipated. Staff were all equally amazing. The surrounding area has all the creature comforts anyone could need in the way of food and shopping. Will definitely return for family stays.
